ComedyList (comedylist.xyz) is a free, community-maintained directory of Baltimore-area comedy open mics. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Listings are a plan, not a guarantee

Mic dates, times, sign-up details, and locations are gathered from hosts, venues, and the community, and they change often. We can't promise any listing is current or accurate. Always confirm with the host or venue before you drive. ComedyList isn't responsible for canceled mics, changed details, wasted trips, or anything that happens at a venue.

Submitting suggestions

When you submit a mic, correction, closure, or feedback, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. By submitting, you allow us to use, edit, and publish that information in the directory. Don't submit anything false, misleading, unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We moderate submissions and may edit or reject any of them.

Acceptable use

Use the site for finding and sharing open mics. Don't abuse the suggestion form (spam, automated submissions), scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, or try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it.

Venues, hosts & other links

Venue and host names, handles, and details belong to them, not to us, and listing a mic isn't an endorsement. The site links to third-party pages (Instagram, maps, sign-up forms); we're not responsible for those sites or what happens at any venue.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ComedyList and its maintainers aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on any listing.

Changes

We may update the site or these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms; the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
